Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the room we had was like a sad student dormitory, it was at least quiet, light, roomy, and clean. However, the absence of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during the summer season. On the bright side, the service was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel's location in the heart of Trullis was convenient but required some level of fitness. Dining was a hit or miss with a typical Italian affair but with some disappointments for non-Italian guests. However, the location was excellent, right on the best shopping street of Alberobello.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lacking some essential amenities like air conditioning and better lighting, but the view of the garden outside was beautiful. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being super friendly and helpful while others were rude. The location was superb, right next to the Trulli area, but room 208 is noisy due to church bells. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with limited options but a lovely courtyard setting. Overall, a somewhat average stay with room for improvement.
